took a job in phoenix and wife got into a school up here so ill only be popping in sporadically. thiings here seem to have gotten quiet lately but id like to thank all of you for your insights and help. hope to be back in a few years!! |

BTW, how did things end up visa-wise? There are inquiring minds on i2us who would love to know whether your wife managed to get a non-immigrant visa or if you went with the immigrant visa.

actually, we haven't gotten there yet. she got the scholarship from conacyt and is contracted to return to the university of coahuila upon graduating to give classes for a couple of years...
for the next few months im in phoenix working and shes down there finishing up paperwork and then doing the visa application.
we'll see what happens with all that but we're hoping that her commitment to returning there and all that will keep uscis from denying her the student visa |
