I'm looking to teach in Turkey this fall. Are schools still interviewing foreign based applicants or is it too late in the game? I know some posts said that most hiring takes place in late August. We're slightly past that now and I was wondering if I still had a chance. I don't want to leave my current job and move to Turkey without a guaranteed offer. I have a BA and TESOL certificate and a year's worth of experience. Any info is appreciated. Thanks. |

Are there jobs available - yes, but they'll be in language schools. Maybe good, maybe bad. This forum can help you steer clear of the bad. The good... well... nobody really agrees about that anyways. |
