Hello all,
Starting Monday I'll be in Escazu for a few weeks and I'll have plenty to do during the day. But I was curious what the night life might be like. I pretty much enjoy pubs where folks can have beer and chat it up.
So basically I was wondering if there are any pubs any can suggest either going to or staying away from. Also, how safe is it to wander around at night?

| For English speakers go to The Pub (200m east 100m north of Pali, downtown Escazu, I believe) or Timeout (50m west 400m north of Pali). They're both run by Americans. Timeout has *great* food, actually. All the taxi drivers in Escazu will know both locations. |
