Seems like doctors in the USA don't even understand the Saudi Arabia medical exam.
If you can open the medical exam paper and see the part that says VISION, underneath that it says R. EYE and L. EYE. After that, it says OTHER, then it says R. EYE and L. EYE again.
My doctor didn't understand that. If anyone can help, please respond back.
This is a major headache for a rookie like me (just graduated).

Maybe it means other medical conditions in the right and left eye such as glaucoma or cataracts. |

You mean - you DON'T have four eyes? Boy, are you going to stand out in Saudi.
Seriously through, it's likely "If you have corrected vision, both corrected and uncorrected must be shown"
as can be seen on the medical form here:
