The third article down says that he will be deported after his "three year" sentence.

i was referring to first article, second sentence ("deported after life sentence").
i guess shipping his dead body back to India constitutes deportation!?!?!?!? |

I expect that it means the same as in many countries... their parole system lets people out after X years on "good behavior," no matter what their sentence says. I know that happens in both the US and the UK.
