| I've seen this for Moscow a few times and was wondering what are teaching in SpB making who are on contract and/or have private students as well. |

Most salaries I've seen advertised for SPb were a little over 1000USD per month, including some form of housing. I've seen Russian teachers (non-native English speakers) offering private English lessons for 700RUB per hour.
I hope these numbers are helpful until someone with boots on the ground in SPb can provide more concise information. |
