I have a University degree and a 20 hour TEFL cert (not great I know). Would it be possible to get work in Vung Tau starting this December? Can you recommend places to look?

I read in this thread http://forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewtopic.php?t=75801 that the prognosis on new teachers in Vietnam isn't very good.

Are there agencies or schools that I can contact who might potentially hire me?

I'm 23 and Irish.

Any help would be great.

Also, if I'm trying to get a job in a school that doesn't require 120 hour TESOL or CELTA how should I go about that and where could I get contact details?

I assume that it is best to call these schools rather than email.

Advice and names of schools or websites where I could find schools would be great.

I do realise that these schools pay a lot less.

Is it possible to get a job with one of these schools before moving to Vietnam?
As I said, I'm looking at Vung Tau.
