I have an interview on Thursday to get into a CELTA cert program, as I passed the pre-interview stage with the short test I had to do. I was wondering what I should expect at an interview to get into a CELTA program? For the most part, aside from jobs, I've never had to interview for much else.
If I do well and am accepted, I should start on November 2, and it'll end on December 18. I'm excited about it and am determined to do well if I get in...which is why I'm so curious as to what an actual interview would be like. So, does anyone here mind sharing his or her experiences? |

Try a search for keywords 'CELTA AND interview' with me 'fluffyhamster' as author for a start and you'll get 5 results, the third thread of which ('Tips on CELTA course') has some links I provided to stuff about the interview process, among other things. You could also start reading up and thinking about the sort of tasks you might be set as pre-course preparation when you actually apply formally to do the course (again, try searching), as the shorter ones are often similar to the sort of thing they might ask in the interview. |
