Do you know any website where you can find international English writing jobs that can also be done via internet? |

What kind of writing are you looking to do? Most of it (in that 'professional writing' means advertising, PR, and journalism, and creative writing means writing stories and poetry etc on spec unless you already have a publisher and contract) will require face to face contact with clients etc. Travel writing doesn't necessarily, but that's usually done on spec, unless you happen to be a designated travel writer. |

ESL books, materials etc? Or technical writing for industry etc? What's available depends on what you have in mind.

Science to ESL? As in science stuff converted to ESL learners? Can you explain that one?
Do you have any experience in any of those fields? I don't know how one can get advertising writing by freelance. |

A lot of advertising writing is done on on a freelance basis. The writers freelance to advertising agencies, and (hopefully) eventually their own agency evolves from the freelance business (or else a full-time position at an agency).
But again, you need face to face meeting with clients (in this case either the agency or if you do media buying [something you couldnt do on-line because it's a sales job that relies on personal relationships] and art direction as well as writing, the product client).
I'm pretty sure that no advertising agency would agree to work with a writer without meeting them, even if they had the most-awesomest-ever portfolio. Advertising tends to be a pretty insular community that is famous for being unbelievably hard to break into at the best of times. The writer works closely with an art director.
Some people get writing work in English in whatever country they are in (as in some people in Japan work in writing jobs working for Japanese companies). |

No. Science writing and ESL writing. Separate things. |

I don't have any experience with ad agencies, but I've written several ESL testbooks for several publishers, and I've never met a single one of the people I've dealt with. It's all done via email and snail mail. |
