How long is a piece of string? It depends on so many factors. Your security check. Your application form. Whether the "fixer" at your employer has good connections and how badly your employer wants you to be there yesterday. Who showed up for work at the Immigration department that day? And finally, whether there are any national holidays, Ramadan, sick days, interrupting phone calls etc. etc.
You think unionized government employees are inefficient - try the GCC with nationals employed at most levels now. |
