Dear skullytefldude.
It's a real fake address. Google mail is [email protected] but I'm sure any e-mail will reach the fakers.
And heck - a reputable company wouldn't be using even a REAL Google (or Yahoo) e-mail address.
Regards,

Googlemail is a legit domain and it is part of GMail, sort of like how Yahoo also offers the Ymail.com domain. |

Dear bedawi,
Yup, it's legit:
"If you sign up for Google Mail from an IP address in Great Britain or Germany, for legal reasons, your email address has the Google Mail domain name and looks like this: [email protected]. However, this domain name is the same as the gmail.com domain. For example, [email protected] will receive emails sent to [email protected], and vice versa.
Note: if you currently have a googlemail.com address and later move to the U.S., for instance, you won't be able to change your email address to be @gmail.com"
But a company using a "googlemail.com" or a "yahoo.com" e-mail address would set off alarm bells for me.
Regards,
John |
