Anyone know of a way I can get to Mixquic from the center of town (D.F.) without owning a car? I really would like to see the Day of the Dead celebration there. |

That's why I have a car!
The only advice I could give would be to get to La Noria (Tren Ligero) and ask someone at the bus stop nearby! That's what I'd do if I were guessing - but I could be wrong! |

I live near the area around La Noria and I don't think it would be a useful hub to get to Mixquic. In fact I had no idea where Mixquic was until I looked it up.
Having looked it up, it looks like you could get there by taking the tren ligero to Fco Goita (2nd last stop), get off and take the pesero to Tulyehualco and ask there, there should be buses. Or maybe better yet from Tasquea take the bus to Milpa Alta, and in Milpa Alta there should surely be peseros, or even simply by taxi, it will only be 68 more km either from the center of Milpa Alta or Tulyehualco. |
