Hi all
I've been teaching CPE, in Krakow, for several years, but have just agreed with this year's class that we study the optional book, which is a 'Writing' question in the CPE exam.
We'll be studying the book and film of 'Shakespeare In Love'. Does anyone have any experience of preparing the 'optional book' question? Any good exercises / activities / website links / pitfalls to avoid? I'm really grateful for any replies on this one.
Cheers

In your shoes I would stage my own death and lay low selling plants at stary kleparz ripped out of planty to make ends meet, until next year's less demanding group comes along. |

Well, I could've said no to the book, but I quite like the idea. If the worst comes to the worst, they're allowed to write based merely on watching the movie.
Thanks for the new career tip, but I couldn't handle the competition from the established babcia mafia.
Any slightly less suicidal suggestions? |
