Hi,

I have a phone interview scheduled with Kojen for early next week and I was hoping that someone might know what sort of questions they will ask? I did a phone interview with Hess (but unfortunately did not progress to the next stage) but I'm not sure if the questions will be very different with Kojen. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Add'l info that may be of use:
- I have a Master's in English Literature but no formal teaching background
- I am pretty tied to location as my girlfriend is from Kaohsiung and I want to teach there.
- I am looking to move early 2010

Q1: Do you mind working for an owner who considers foreigners a necessary evil, and who will have little if any respect for you as a human being?

I'm just speculating of course.

All owners consider foreigners a necessary evil. Do you really think they would hire whiteys if they didn't have to.

I worked for Kojen a few years ago. I found them to be a fairly good school. My experience was ruined by one particular individual, but that could happen any where.

I can't remember the interview questions, but it was nothing to stressful.

If you are looking for a soft landing, you could do a lot worse.
