Someone else got the job at this Uni in Fuxin. Interesting thing about it was that 2 different recruiters offered it to me (allegedly they are both working for the same company), but with 2 different lots of teaching hours attached to it. First time round it was 24 teaching periods for 4500 so I turned it down. Second time around with recruiter 2, it was 16 teaching periods. I showed interest in it, but it was snapped up.
