| OH MY GOD ! It is a day care and I mean day care. They are not there to study but to hang out. The parents send them there to get them out of the house. University ? Please. It is a high school and a poor one at that. |

| Well. there really isn't enough leisure space in the country for them to hang out anyway. There aren't even any back yards either. I get what you're trying to say though. It's frustrating when your trying to teach and some students just don't want to know. |
