Just arrived in HCMC and am looking for somewhere to stay i.e. a cheapish room or flat preferably fairly central. Currently living in a guesthouse for $6/night which is OK but is very basic and I would like somewhere more permenent.
If you know of anything that is currently available please let me know, Any advice as to where to look would be much appreciated! |

6 bucks? wow, that is cheap. I like the Cho Lon district, have you gone over there yet? Not sure if that is convenient to your work, but it is a very interesting place to be. I find the best deal is to have vn friends, and have them help you out. Let me know if you don't have any amigos over there yet, I assume you like the people and are willing to trust them, or you would not be over there, right? There is a street in Cho Lon, Nguyen Trai. Check it out when the sun is going down, seems like paradise to me. Have fun. |
