I am a teacher in Arizona and I am certified to teach History and ESL. I want to come to Thailand to teach in year or two. I know I can teach at International Schools, but I hear it is SUPER competitive. Not to say I won't be competitive enough to get a postion, but I want a solid backup. With my credentials, will I need a Celta or Tesol cert too? Thanks.

The TESOL would be a waste of time given your qualifications.

The CELTA would probably stand you in good stead and is recognised world-wide in any event.
