Demands for re-skilling, extra-skilling, and right-skilling seem to be key in the increasingly challenging English teaching market in Japan. With this in mind, I feel that I need to refer to more than one or two forums to be fully informed of the realities of the job marketplace and learn where and how I could best fit in and have the best opportunity to find work and develop something of a career in Japan.

I wondered if some of you could share good web forums on finding jobs and building careers in Japan. So, far other than Dave's I found that Gaijinpot is useful.

Any others?
