Is this what is meant by "traveling time" to work?

Bachelor degree in Arts and TESOL/TEFL certificate are preferable.
Applicants must be available to start in or before Oct/Nov 2008.
Previous teaching experience is essential.

Idea I might be able to make it back to Oct 2009, but Nov 2008 is pushing it. Confused

If you can do this, you could also go back in time to get that "previous teaching experience" that is needed.
