The staff from United English just started this up. It's a new program. I'm not sure if they've had any teacher training courses yet.
United English is your run of the mill English institute. The students divide their time between computers and talking with native teachers. Nothing special.
I'd meet the guys there first before signing up. |

United English folded a while back here in SLP. Very shady outfit. |

Hi
I am a teacher at United English in Queretaro. United English is a
franchise and all of the schools are independently run so feedback
on United English locations other than Queretaro wont be so useful to
you.
I think that our school is great and i'm really happy working here. It has low staff turnover (no one has left since Ive been here anyway) and most teachers have been with the school for three years or so which says a lot about the place. Its a nice atmosphere, and efficiently run. The school has its own unique system, which offers the students flexibility. We work a schedule of both in-house (at the school) classes and business classes (these are held at the client site driven by the school driver). The pay is good, we receive health insurance, paid vacations (I get more time off over Christmas here than I did in England!) and the work visa is paid for up-front by the school. The business is efficiently run in a European style. Everyone is paid in full, on time, without question which is great as I've heard horror stories of people getting paid late, or not even paid at all.
I dont have anything to do with the Teacher Training Center program but
I can attest that Mark is a highly qualified Trinity College accredited trainer and produces knowledgeable, capable and motivated teachers.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions about the school or Queretaro. |

Sure
I would trust neither UE, it's training center or it's claims. |

Hi
I'm not sure whether the eye rolling is at me or what I've written. Ah well! I've been completely honest. And I'm not aware of any "claims'' have been made.
OP, chat to them directly and see what you think. Best of luck with your course search. I'm happy to help out if you have any questions about the city, the school or anything else.
Cheers

Sounded a bit contrived though. |
