I was reading through the MOI website for road closings for the GCC Summit and came across this English translation.
Enjoy
In preparation for the GCC summit road closures starting on Monday, 14/12/2009 at exactly eleven and a half until noon and one and a half

1 - will be closed by the King Faisal from the airport to its intersection with the fifth ring
2 - will be closed by the next major King Faisal from Kuwait City after the Yarmouk district towards the airport and transferred to the fifth ring an alternative route in both directions, Salmiya Jahra.
3 - Close by King Fahd next major transformation of the city and the fifth round at the direction of Salmiya and Jahra.
4 - Close by the King Fahd coming from Fahaheel and turn it into a sixth ring for the two left-to-Jahra and right-to-Salmiya.
5 - Close the sub-Fifth Ring Road with King Fahd coming from the direction of Salmiya Al-Ahmadi and only allowed to walk towards the city.
6 - will be closed by King Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, as of Bridge Club strings to the bridge Musharraf with King Fahd full closure of all intersections.
7 - Close by the seventh with Subhan Subhan Subhan even with the airport in full in both directions.
And for those wishing to travel and go to the Kuwait International Airport, they wire the first roads through the airport towards the right until the sixth ring the cargo terminal. And the second route through the intersection of Al-Ghazali to the place of shipment or cargo to the international airport.
And for those wishing to travel through the airport, Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah have the tendency to bridge through Sabhan spouse through the King P, King Fahd Road through (208) the parade route earlier.
Alternative routes:

That's always good advice, GCC summit or not Wink Glad the Kuwaiti government could clear up the traffic situation for us. Gotta love 'em!
