|
|
Hello,
I have two questions, the first one is what is the meaning of "send someone the wrong message" in general, and what does it mean in sentence number one? My second question is what is the meaning of "send someone the right message" and what does it mean in sentence number two?
1. Don't smoke in front of your kids, you'll send them the wrong message.
2. Always be honest in front of your children, you want to send them the right message |

To better understand the meaning of this idiom, change the words as follows:
send = give
message = guidance
I hope this help,
