I am in my first month of teaching in China. I teach Senior 1 or 2 so they are ages 16-18. DELTA requires adult experience 2 years 1200 hours and many centers include ages 16+ as "adult" for the purposes of admittance.
I want to assure that I am able to be admitted to the Module 1 program in a year or two and I am seeking advice from those who have done the DELTA, or even better from DELTA center managers and FAO's and Directors.
Suggestions for my second year job and where to go (Uni, Private Academy, Corporate Training, etc.) to maximize my admittance chances are especially welcome.
