Hello all,
I just returned from China recently, where I worked in the city of Bozhou (Anhui province) for a ridiculously disorganized and unprofessional school. I want to warn other potential teahers there about the school and hopefully my experience can serve as a lesson to other teachers who encounter difficult situations (like not receiving the agreed upon salary, not receiving a work visa and being told after arriving somewhere you'd have to work on a travel visa, being taken in by false advertisements, the list goes on...).
I won't go on anymore about the school or my experience right now because I'm not sure if this is or isn't the appropriate place to do so. So... maybe Dave can let me know if it's okay to post complaints about specific schools here, or someone can give me some guidance as to where to go?
Thanks!
All Best,
Amanda |

Yeah, I think you should post your experience in China be it good or bad. |

It absolutely is the perfect place to post your bad experience. One FT I know has done so three times since 2005 and will do so again when he is done with his latest and last contract in China. |
