| Hmm, interesting that even a highly decorated former "Vietcong" soldier, now 60 yrs old, would join and rise the ranks of a Democracy movement. This guy volunteered and fought alongside his North comrades at the age of 16 during the war, but now wants democracy instead. The article implies he was up for the death penalty for his actions of spreading pamphlets, but because of his previous national service was given the light sentence. |
