It is getting some good reviews by users, but it sounds like it may include spyware. You might want to check out this page for a full list of web phone options and user reviews.

| I tried to use it but got 3 error messages when setting up my account. I sent email to customer service and never got a response. Guess I'll have to look at those good reviews... |
