Elsewhere I posted the suggestion that people get a better deal from Direct Hire than through Contractors. I was asked which institutions still do Direct Hire.

Here are the ones I know of

KFUPM
DDC (Dammam Community College)
HBCC ( Hafr Al Batin Community College)

IPA (Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam)

Excellent idea for a post. Here's a few I can add:

PSU, Riyadh (men and women)
Dar Al Uloom University, Riyadh (men and women)
Effat University, Jeddah (women)
Dar Al Hekma Colllege, Jeddah (women)
King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah (men and women)
PMU, Al Khobar (men and women)

I should point out here that I am not neccessarily endorsing any of the above. I am simply saying that, as far as I know, all of them hire staff directly and provide them with legal working visas.
