				| Hi,
I've just arrived to Poland (Australian, with Irish Passport), and have found a bit of work teaching, but I need to get a NIP, does anyone know the process to get this, I've googled but found conflicting and confusing information

Thanks for any help you can offer

				| http://www.teachingenglishinpoland.com/nip.html ill give you the information you need although it might be a little dated the general facts/process will remain the same.
Please not however, that although registration at the place where you live is necessary, the PESEL is not.

				| what city? It's not a difficult process but make sure to either call or stop by the place a week or two after you apply. They tend to "forget" to send the notification in the mail. | |
