Hey all. I know that an 'official' no-smoking inside public buildings law came into force in Spain on January 1st of this year, so one month on I'm just interested in knowing how it's being enforced there (or not). In general terms and more specifically in forum members particular workplaces and additionally whether people think this is a good or bad thing to have happened.

I've noticed absolutely no difference. The places that had smoke in them before the ban still do, those that didn't don't. It would be great if they brought in an actual smoking ban but unfortunately that's unlikely to happen.
