Some general questions for anyone those members of the forum who have expertise in TESP.

How easy is it to �break into� TESP, for example for an individual with a background in biological sciences/research?

Can it be serendipitous or does it need to be planned? Is it a case of networking & who you know or is it necessary to take further qualifications such as a DELTA and go along a more formal route?

Other members experiences in this regard & any advice would be welcomed.
