| TACON is now advertising jobs. IAT, HCT and Qatar University. I was at IAT at the weekend for a workshop in Dubai and the principal came to show support. Seemed like a nice gent. |

| On .....I just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas/experiences/advice on moving between government educational institutions. are there any problems to be anticipated in the application process? If you have completed your contract and leave on good terms, will you be able to find employment with another institution right away or is there some required waiting period? |

| There have been quite a few people who have successfully moved from one university to another upon successful completion of their contracts. I wouldn't mention it to my current employer though - until and unless I had a firm offer and the new guy wanted a reference. |
