I'm an experienced ESL teacher (4 years, plus cert and degree) thinking of doing Westgate's University program for 3 or more months. The main reason is that I recently finished a long-term stint in Spain and want to try working in another country, and perhaps to test the waters in Japan. My question is if anyone here is currently or has done the same program? I'm mainly interested to know just what the actual teaching consists of, as this isn't made clear on their website. Also, do you get the salary and the flight/rent contribution that they advertise?
