I see that this school is advertising again on seriousteachers.com. What a horrible place and it will never, never change unless the ownership changes which it hasn't. Last year for the 4th straight year, there was a major blow-off of teachers leaving the school even weaker than before. The best left and almost all got jobs in Abu Dhabi. Why did they leave? The management took delight in pitting Arabs against westerners thinking that if the teachers were fighting each other they would not be able to unite and work together - seems difficult to believe but I and others were there to see it unfold. Even with Dr. Sad leaving, it remains a mess even this year. The only ones who stayed are the ones that could not get a job anywhere else. This school loves to fire people during the year to save money because even after 5 years in operation the school is so much in the red that only a government subsidy keeps it afloat. They screwed the departing teachers to badly that they went to a local newspaper and told the truth which was published in that newspaper. This school will lie to you about contracts and cheat you out of your just money and in return, you get to live in a shared accommodation, sewage dump in International City. This is not a job for serious teachers.
