If you are qualified and experienced, you would earn a lot more teaching computer science at high school level in an international school - a proper bona fide international school, that is. |

Just out of curiosity....what would be the qualifications for teaching Computer Science in an international school? I think the best combination would be someone with the Computer Science creds (degree, perhaps work experience) and also teaching experience. I don't think you'll find many CS majors who also have educational degrees.
If anyone is interested in hiring such a person, feel free to PM me. |

Usually a BS degree in CS is needed sometimes they will want a master's degree in CS for the higher tier IB schools.
Those schools generally also require teaching certification too, so you would need to be certified in Science too.
Some positions exist in vocational or corporate levels but often require Chinese language skills too the quals are often A+ cert, MCSE, CNE/CNA and some language like visual C++ or Java.
The big problem is the Chinese language fluency in the technical jargon because you will not be teaching English majors or those that need English language skills. |

Any good websites that are more inclined to these kind of jobs?
The main core websites don't have much to offer!
Thanks |
