How is everyone?

Not to duplicate what has already been posted, but most of the threads I have seen about this company are mixed with other comments about Princess Noura. I was offered employment with this company with a work visa not a business visa. I was told that I would be working for 11 months directly with the company not a university. The person never called to interview me which I find strange. Has anyone else recieved an offer of employment with this company? Also they stated that out of the twelve months of the year we would be working for eleven. Everyone knows how hot it is in Riyadh so I am not up to being there during the summer months. If anyone has been working for this company directly please let me know. I want to know the truth before signing any contract. Thanks.

You will be teaching 30 hours a week Saturday through Wednesday and most likely be stationed in Riyadh at AL Faisal Academy. The pay is good and the working environment is okay. Just stay clear of management and remember your colleagues aren't to be trusted. Good luck! Laughing

How are you Arabian Hawk?

Do you recieve your pay on time? As far as your collegues when you say you cannot trust them what do you mean? You dont have to name names, just let me know are they cooperative when you need information regarding teaching? And when you say stay clear of management, let me know in what way? Do they observe your classes and harrass you about your teaching style? Or are you free to do what you like as long as you are meeting the guidelines of the cirriculum?

Does the school fire teachers easily? Like I have seen on the postings of Al-Yamamah? Are you teaching mostly grammar and essay writing?

How do you get along with your roomates in your housing compound and villa? Do you have problems with them? Can you describe the housing situation? Because the director said we will be sharing housing. Is it set up in a way where you have privacy? Do you share a kitchen and bathroom? Please let me know.
