Hello all,
Myself and my missus are heading back to Mexico after an enforced holiday due to our school going broke and closing on us. So after a couple of months slaving away at sitting on beachs in various places in Belize and Guatamarla, we're heading to Oaxaca to look for work.
We're both TEFL certfied, I have a years experience and my other half has four years exp. We both manage to butcher the Spainish language well enough to be understood, and laughed at.
So a couple of questions for those who know anything about the city and working there.

Question 1 (Probably the most important question):
Is there any work to be had at this time of year in Oaxaca city/State?
I knew deep down in my heart that January was when I should be looking, but some how the gentle lap of waves convinced me otherwise.

Question 2
If the answer to question 1 is yes, then where can I find it (Feel free to PM me with any school or agency names)

Question 3
Even if you have no info about the above, perhaps you can let me know whats good to see and do in Oaxaca, and where a good bar is?

Thank you in advance to all you lovely, beautiful people who answer me. A blessing on your children, and your childrens children. Very Happy
For those of you who have infomation, but hold out on me. I hope you feel really bad about yourself, and require therapy to deal with the guilt. Smile

Hope you have a sunny day
Pete
