Apologies if I'm reposting old news, but I haven't seen it mentioned on this forum yet.
On November 19th Shane English Schools, Japan and Eikoh Seminar (栄光ゼミナー) officially announced that Eikoh has bought Shane. This is in addition to Eikoh's earlier purchase of the peripheral businesses of Nellie's Books, Saxoncourt Publishing and Shane Language Services Japan. Shane's founder, Shane Lipscombe, has agreed to stay on as a director.
