One school in Ukraine, which only hires those with a batchelors degree, recently told me that it is "a requirement of the state" to have a batchelors degree to receive a work permit as an ESL teacher in Ukraine. However, other major schools hiring deem a CELTA as sufficient to apply for and receive a work permit. So, what is the truth about this matter!?
