Just wondering if everybody has registered their cell phones (if you have pre-paid) by this weekend?
Has anybody had any problems?
Service cut-offs?
Thanks! |

I registered mine over the internet on the website that appeared in my TELCEL message. I went through all the moves and I believe it registered but as I punched in the last line on the last page, the screen went beserk. So I assume I am registered, but am not positive.
Today, I called my own number to see what would happen and the call went through.
So unless the numbers don`t become automatically defunct after 10/3/2010 I am properly registered.
What`s with you? |

Better try it, again.
If you are successfully registered, you get a text message to that effect.
Did you use a CURP? I did, and got the message back, instantly, after registering online. |

Haven't registered yet and have had no problems...I've been getting all kinds of text messages for months now asking me to register by sending a text message back to numbers like 555, or 3636. I suspected most were scams to make a few pesos on each message they get back. |

I registered but I kept getting a voice message from Telcel everytime I made a call that I needed to register. But they finally stopped. Guess everything is OK as I still have service.
Thanks for all the responses! |
