Reliable sources inside the school have advised that teachers look for other employment next year. The current advertisement on seriousteachers.com is a just-in-case situation as most teachers are looking for jobs anyway.
Last summer, most of the teachers resigned and found much higher paying jobs in Abu Dhabi. The teachers who remained at Nibras were those who didn't have much choice. Now they are trying to get to Abu Dhabi to make the better money. The sooner Nibras goes away the better as this school does not deserve to exist.
