Can anyone give me a good feel for what the typical work schedule is like at ILA? What's the standard workday look like over there?

You'll do a 5 day week. It used to be either M,W,F evening classes or T,Th, evening and then almost all teachers expected to work full days sat & sun.
So you do most of your hours on weekends and have it pretty cruisy during the week. Guess it depends on what centre you go to
