Your explanation shows you are more privy to the director�s version of events (and my CV:) than I am/most are; and while you are �one to not take sides�, you have�for whatever reason. . . . . .
It is only with an employer�s approval that Immigration can agree to issue an EPO at the request of the private individual. And (all pantomimes aside), once this has been done, the company and/or its director should show some initiative in finalizing (or attempting to finalize) the payment of money still due�especially when. . . .

At least we agree that it was the end of my contract, so I can only assume I fulfilled my obligations.
Why must it be up to lawyers to ensure that the company/employer fulfill theirs? |
