Can anyone recommend any travel agencies in HK where I can find a reasonably priced one-way flight to Canada? Any names, numbers, websites and email addresses would be great! Thanks everyone Wink

It's worth checking out some of the cheap flight websites, like www.lastminute.com.hk or www.aerohkg.com, if you're looking for a quick and cheap solution. Otherwise, try Four Seasons Travel or Travel Expert (the latter has a load of branches), or there are a load up around Mong Kok way that somehow manage to find bizarre flights here and there, Kenya airways seems to be a firm favourite right at the moment...

Get a copy of the POST MAGAZINE (Sunday Post supplement), and you will find a whole page with travel agent advertisements!

Last time I bought a ticket in HK, I visited an office in Hennessy Rd., next to the SOGO department store (but forgot the name of it), and got a very attractive offer.
If I am well-informed, office rent has a very direct impact on pricing of their products, so it's wise to go to districts away from Tsimshatsui or Central!

I talk to a guy at Travel Advisers in TST. Brian Smith. He is lovely and found me a great flight to Canada for the summer

You can also check www.zuji.com.hk
They often have great deals and you can find some cheap flights if you don't mind making a stop or two. (Check Eva Air - stop over in Taipei then straight on to Vancouver)

I have never seen a whole page of travel agent advertisements in the SCMP magazine. This weeks has half a page of the same people that adverise all the time, and it is only that big because the upper article has fewer words than normal. There are a total of 8 firms advertising. There are a lot more and cheaper agencies in HK than those.
