Does anyone know what it is like to teach in Ninh Thuan?
I've been told the town or small city is titled Ninh Thuan same as the province but the only town I see on maps is Phan Rang Thap Cham. The province of Ninh Thuan i found already. I just don't know where is the actual location of this place within the province.
The name of the place is HA PHUONG INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT CONSULTING COMPANY (HA PHUONG IED) I think they are based in Hanoi and have a branch there.
Anyone familiar with this name? Sorry if this has been asked before on other threads. Just new to this forum.
Any help out there soon would be great
