Hello all,
I was just curious to see if any of you who have already completed the Diploma course have noticed many changes in your employment opportunities or monthly salaries?!
I am halfway through completing my Dip at the moment, and while I am very glad I have done so as it has revolutionised my teaching, and if I decide to remain in my current job my salary will increase significantly upon completion, scanning through the job ads on this site and elsewhere, there are very few which specifically request DELTA or equivalent.
Are there any places that tend to only hire Dip qualified teachers?? Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!

| I've seen the DELTA more asked for in Saudi Arabia. I think the problem is that the Teach English qualification lingo changes so much from country to country .. China doesn't even know what the hell a CELTA is, it seems .. |
