Hello,
I'm interested in teaching in Guilin. I have just received my CELTA certificate. Can you recommend the best schools to contact? I'm a USA citizen. Thank you.

Three places I know in Yangshuo, Guilin. One of which I work at, another has employed 3 friends of mine, and I havent heard or experienced bad things about the other one.

Do not expect the high salaries you may find in Shanghai though! Some of the lowest salaries in China are found here.
