Well there has been no mention of the place since the other two threads back in 2008 that pop up with a search. I just perused the website and note that it is only accredited by the Emirates... no American accreditation organization or affiliation, so likely the only thing "American" is the name, textbooks, and other surface characteristics. They stress their "multi-cultural" faculty so I expect that means that there are few native speakers. That is usually the case if we get no mentions here.
That said, we haven't heard anything bad either. Why not apply and then come back and fill us in...
