I have a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in ESL. What kind of school/position should I be aiming for in Shanghai? This will be my first time teaching overseas. |

Headmaster of a school. There was a posting on another site that was 50,000 RMB a month. Would take it in a flash if I had your credentials. |

It depends a bit on what ages you're geared towards.
Some international schools have EFL programs for non-native students, go there and get some experience.
Don't work for anything local, you'll just get frustrated. |
