Has anyone ever heard of this Taiwan recruiter. Know anything? |
The most dangerous recruiters are the ones that you've never heard anything about.
It's better to go with a recruiter that has a somewhat bad (but not horrible) reputation than go with a recruiter with NO reputation.
The reason for this is that the truly awful, horrible, scumbag recruiters change their names every few months so they can get a "fresh start."
That said, AVOID RECRUITERS.
I had a recruiter. He brought me to eight different interviews/teaching demos. I DIDN'T GET A SINGLE JOB.
Then I went out and hunted on my own -- presto! Two job offers. Obviously he was asking for some ridiculous commission or terms and the schools weren't interested, which was why I had such a hard time finding a job. |
